2. Create Your Video

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Uniforms: Students must be in TYWLS Brooklyn uniform throughout video.
 
Identification: Please begin your video by stating your name and whether you’re a student, parent, or teacher at TYWLS Brooklyn
 
Content: The video should address one of the prompts provided for students, parents, or teachers. It should be a personal testimonial about your experience with TYWLS Brooklyn.
 
Length: The video should be no longer than 30 seconds. Any video exceeding this length will not be considered.
 
Quality: The video should be clear and audible. Please ensure there is sufficient lighting and minimal background noise.
 
Format: The video should be shot in portrait mode (vertical).
 
Resolution: The video should have a minimum resolution of 720p. This ensures your video remains clear when viewed on different devices.
 
Language: The video can be in any language. If captions are needed we will add them for you.
 
Appropriateness: The video must not contain any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content. It should be suitable for all audiences.
 
Originality: The video must be your original work. Any form of plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
 
Deadline: All submissions must be received by September 30th.

Video Judging Criteria

Video submissions will be reviewed and judged by a partner organization of TYWLS Brooklyn. Each video will receive a score of up to 100 points maximum, based on the following criteria:

1. Adherence to Submission Requirements
2. Creativity and Video Editing
3. Clarity and Communication
4. Emotional Impact
5. Relevance to TYWLS Brooklyn's Mission
6. Visual and Audio Quality
7. Engagement with the School Community
8. Overall Appeal
9. Appropriateness
10. Impact of the Submission
